Questions
Are my images uploaded?
No. The tool runs inside your browser, so your files never leave your device and nobody else can see them.
Will the watermark look the same on big and small photos?
Yes. Text size and margins are measured as a percentage of each photo's shorter side, and logo width as a percentage of its width, so the mark looks the same on a phone photo and a 50-megapixel shot.
Which watermark is hardest to remove?
A repeated (tiled) watermark across the whole image at around 30 to 40 percent opacity. A single corner mark is easy to crop out.
What logo file should I use?
A PNG with a transparent background works best. JPG and WebP logos also work, but their background will show as a box.
Is there a size limit?
Up to 50 images at once and 50 MB per file. Very large images (over 100 megapixels, or 60 on iPhone and iPad) are refused with a clear message so your browser doesn't run out of memory.
